Tilicho Expedition

Tilicho peak expedition (7135m) is more hard expedition among other expeditions over 7000m. Base camp is situated at the altitude of about 4800m.There are two way to get there. one is from Kaligandaki valley and other is Marshyangdi valley. The route through Kaligandaki passes through difficult Mesokanto pass of altitude 5300.After some days of acclimatization in Base camp, camp 1 is set up at the altitude of 5800m. It is very difficult to reach at camp 1. Then set up the camp 2 at the altitude of about 6200m. it is technically difficult need fixed rope. After second camp the route goes towards top of the peak 7135m. There is possibilities of avalanche so should be careful.

Trip Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel.
Day 02: Free day in Kathmandu, official formalities.
Day 03: Departure for Bulbule.
Day 04: Bulbule-Chame.
Day 05: Chame-Pisang.
Day 06: Pisang-Manang.
Day 07: Manang-Khangsar.
Day 08: Khangsar- Tilicho.
Day 09/25: Time of ascent.
Day 26: Base Camp - Khangsar.
Day 27: Khangsar-Thorong Phedi.
Day 28: Thorong Phedi-Muktinath.
Day 29: Muktinath-Jomsom.
Day 30: Jomsom-Pokhara.
Day 31: Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist bus.
Day 32: Free day in Kathmandu.
Day 33: Transfer to the airport.
