Baruntse Expedition
Mount Baruntse expedition, a substantial and symmetrical snow mountain is at the height of 7129m. Mount Baruntse is situated between Everest and Makalu, East of Barun Glacier, North south of Cho Oyu and North west of Imjatse glacier and Hunku glacier. Mount Baruntse was climbed in May 1954 by Colin Todd and Geoff Harrow from the South - East ridge which is less difficult route.
