Day 16. Lungdang Gumpa to Ripchet (2470m) 6h.
Day 17. Ripchet to Dobhan (1068m) 6h.
Day 18. Dobhan to Soti Khola (719m) 6h.
Day 19. Soti Khola to Arughat (570m) 5h.
Day 20. Arughat to Kathmandu by local bus. Night in Hotel.
Day 21. Transfer to airport.
