  Trekking sommets dans région Everest sont rythme soutenu et exige une bonne expérience de la marche, l'ascension et une bonne codition de physique. Cette randonnée est très intéressante montant à travers le village Sherpa de Namche Bazar et Tengboche Monastère, et vue panoramique d'Everest à 8848m, Cho Oyu 8152m, Lhotse 8516m, Makalu 8463m et Ama Dablam 6456m.

Kongma Tse Mehra Peak trouve du north de Kongma La et sud-ouwest de Nuptse Glaciers.
   
  Trekking peak Programme

Jour 01 Arrivée et reception à l'aéroport et transfer à l' hotel. Nuit à l'hotel.
Jour 02 visit de Kathmandu Durbar square, Swayambhunath and Patan. Nuit à l'hotel.
Jour 03. Kathmandu à Lukla en avion (2817m)trek à Phakding (2720m). 4 h.
Jour 04. Phakding à Namche Bazar (3446m). 6 h.
Jour 05. Namche à Dole (4040m). 6 h
Jour 06. Dole à Macherma (4465m). 4 h
Jour 07. Macherma à Gokyo (4750m). 4 h.
