  Trekking sommets dans région Everest sont rythme soutenu et exige une bonne expérience de la marche, l'ascension et une bonne codition de physique. Cette randonnée est très intéressante montant à travers le village Sherpa de Namche Bazar et Tengboche Monastère, et vue panoramique d'Everest à 8848m, Cho Oyu 8152m, Lhotse 8516m, Makalu 8463m et Ama Dablam 6456m.
Kwande Ri (6011m) est un des trekking sommets difficiles avec les crêtes multiples du sommet dans vallée Lumding sur la partie de l'est du Lumding Himal. Nord Côté de cette montagne a beaucoup de crêtes escarpées et partie du sud est glacier. Très peu de trekkers passe à travers cette vallée.

C'est un des sommets aventureux et aussi trekking route. Ainsi un, qui veut l'encourager, devrait avoir une très bonne expérience de grimpeur et habitude de la marche bonne physique.
C'est techniquement très difficile
 
   
  Trekking peak Programme

Jour 01 Arrivée et reception à l'aéroport et transfer à l' hotel. Nuit à l'hotel.
Jour 02 visit de Kathmandu Durbar square, Swayambhunath and Patan. Nuit à l'hotel.
Jour 03. Kathmandu à Lukla en avion (2817m) trek à Phakding (2720m). 4 hours.
Jour 04. Départ de Phakding à Lumding Kharka
Jour 05. Départ de Lunding Kharka à Pokhari camp.
Jour 06. Départ de Pokhari camp à Kwangde Ri camp de base
Jour 07. Départ de Kwangde BC à haut camp.
Jour 08. Départ de haut camp à Sommet retour à haut camp
Jour 09. Si n'est pas possible de faire le sommet pour essayer encore.
Jour 10. Retour à Base camp
Jour 11. Trek retour à Thame Camp
Jour 12. Thame arrivée.
Jour 13. Depart pour Namche.
Jour 14. Namche à Phakding. 6 hours.
Jour 15. Phakding à Lukla. 4 hours.
Jour 16. Lukla à Kathmandu en avion. 30 minutes.
Jour 17. Journée libre à Kathmandu hotel inclus
Jour 18. Transfert à l'aéroport.
