  Trekking sommets dans région Everest sont rythme soutenu et exige une bonne expérience de la marche, l'ascension et une bonne codition de physique. Cette randonnée est très intéressante montant à travers le village Sherpa de Namche Bazar et Tengboche Monastère, et vue panoramique d'Everest à 8848m, Cho Oyu 8152m, Lhotse 8516m, Makalu 8463m et Ama Dablam 6456m.

Le sommet Island ou Imjatse 6106m est un des sommets rocheux et glacial. il tient un travail techniquement. Dans la langue Sherpa cela est appelé Trois neige Dieux blancs. Ce sommet peut être grimpé du sud-est itinéraire ou itinéraire nord.

   
   Trekking ascension Programme

Jour 01 Arrivée et reception à l'aéroport et transfer à l' hotel. Nuit à l'hotel.
Jour 02 visit de Kathmandu Durbar square, Swayambhunath and Patan. Nuit à l'hotel.
Jour 03.Vol pour Lukla ettrek à Phakding
Jour 04. Phakdingà Namche Bazaar.
Jour 05. Jour repos à Namche Bazar
Jour 06. Namche Bazar à Tengboche
Jour 07. Tengboche à Dingboche
Jour 08. Dingboche à Imja Tse Base camp
Jour 09. Camp Base à High camp
Jour 10. High Camp à summit retour à high camp
